土耳其菜系又称清真菜系，包括中亚，西亚，南亚以及非洲等穆斯林国家！经过漫长的历史文化积淀，土耳其菜肴一般包括酱汁美味配谷类食物、各种蔬菜、肉类、汤、橄榄油拌凉菜、糕点以及野菜，还有很多健康食品如熬成糖浆的葡萄汁、酸奶、蒸荞麦等。此外中亚、中东牛羊肉和孜然的搭配也别具风味。
